ycon.ONE provides a holistic view of all your shipments. If you use several handling systems or receive shipment-related data from external parties, this data is bundled and made available to you in ycon.ONE, processed and compared with target times for each process step. In contrast to a TMS, where usually only the actual state (status) of a shipment is available (the shipment has been loaded, the shipment has been delivered, the shipment has a POD, etc.). To round off the merging and bundling of data from various systems, there are additional interfaces for secure communication with portals (such as Project44) and geodata suppliers.

ycon.ONE offers you the possibility to automatically classify shipments based on various criteria (e.g. addresses involved, service types, country dependencies, delivery date, etc.) and to define an individual process flow for each shipment type. Each individual step of the respective process flow during shipment handling is continuously monitored by ycon.ONE based on the target time and it forecasts the further progress.

If ycon.ONE's target time control detects irregularities in shipment handling, especially those that jeopardize the delivery date, the responsible persons are informed directly in order to initiate the necessary countermeasures. Here ycon.ONE can differentiate between internal employees and external partners and act accordingly.

ycon.ONE offers various reporting options for all existing shipment data in order to provide you with the data basis to quickly identify inefficient processes and make targeted process optimizations. The constant comparison of target times with actual times also enables a targeted performance evaluation of all network partners based on the stored addresses.

ycon.ONE is a platform-independent web application, your TMS solution(s) remain in place. Our software solution is constantly being expanded and can be operated with any smartphone, tablet, PC or Mac. Every user can log in and work in ycon.ONE via their usual and preferred web browser.

ycon.ONE provides each customer with their own ycon.ONE environment (instance) hosted in Germany. The application is developed and maintained in Germany. Our transparent monthly usage price on a shipment basis allows you to scale the usage costs exclusively on the basis of your shipment volume. There are therefore no investments in software licenses.
